About the role
As the Growth Marketing Lead, you will be a key driver of our company's growth marketing strategy, responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to acquire, retain, and engage customers. This role will require you to be a strategic thinker with a advanced understanding of the full marketing funnel, a passion for experimentation, and a proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will own the growth roadmap, identifying opportunities, prioritising initiatives, and continuously optimising campaigns to maximize return of investment and achieve ambitious growth targets.
This role reports to Head of Marketing and is a 9-month fixed term contract, starting 31st March 2025.

Your Focus
  • Design and execute the Growth Marketing strategy.  
  • Responsible for the strategic role and integration of Growth function in the business.  
  • Accountable for the coordination and execution of key initiatives and projects including media plans 
  • Accountable for Growth Marketing investment, including accurate investment and reporting.  
  • Collaborate and build relationships with Marketing and Senior Leadership team to deliver business outcomes.  
  • Responsible for delivery of key initiatives and strategic projects.  
  • Lead and motivate the Growth Marketing team to achieve objectives, key results, and key initiatives. Manages performance and operations of the Growth team to ensure they are enabled and empowered to perform their duties.  
  • Accountable for accurate and timely campaign delivery.  
  • Accountable for meeting key results and targets. Responsible for reporting on Growth Marketing performance. 
  • Responsible for the design and management of joint business plans with critical business partners.  


  • About You
  • Demonstrates advanced skills and knowledge in Growth Marketing including Growth modelling & unit economics.  
  • Expert across Organic, Owned and Paid acquisition channels with a deep and robust understanding of the media landscape. 
  • Demonstrates a proactive approach to channel management, with the ability to dive into performance data, generate insightful reports, and proactively recommend and implement optimisation strategies. 
  • Technology leader with a understanding of all the layers of the Martech stack. Able to collaborate with Product, Tech and Data to optimise results.  
  • Skilled at stakeholder management, able to effectively negotiate to get the effective outcome for the business whilst delivering merchant value. Builds collaborative relationships within and across departments.  
  • Provides their team with clear direction to achieve priorities and empowers others. Mentor and coach junior team members.  
  • Demonstrates proficiency in managing their time and delivers work that consistently meets or exceeds quality standards. Project management skills are important, along with the ability to manage timelines, budgets and project documentation.   
  • Provides strategic insights that inform decision making and drives business outcomes. Understands the commercial implications of their work and contributes to projects.  
  • A digital native who understands the ‘test and learn’ framework and how to leverage the new world of media to drive smart and cost-effective conversion.
