What you bring

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to join us as a contractor for a 9-month term starting March 31, 2025. Based in Australia, you will operate in a hybrid capacity to drive our acquisition and retention strategies. Your role is central to our success, requiring a deep understanding of the marketing funnel and a data-driven mindset. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Designing and executing the overarching growth marketing strategy to meet ambitious business targets.
• Leading, motivating, and empowering the growth marketing team to ensure operational excellence and high-quality campaign delivery.
• Managing growth marketing investments and building strong relationships with senior leadership and key business partners to maximize return on investment.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a digital native with advanced expertise in growth modeling, unit economics, and the full spectrum of paid, owned, and organic acquisition channels. You should possess a robust understanding of the modern Martech stack and feel comfortable collaborating across product, tech, and data departments. Strong stakeholder management and project management skills are essential, as you will be responsible for balancing budgets, timelines, and complex documentation. We are looking for someone who thrives in a test-and-learn environment, communicates fluently in English, and brings a proactive, strategic approach to solving business challenges.
