We are looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to join our team on a full-time hybrid basis in the Netherlands. At Axual we help enterprises in finance, energy, and government manage real-time data streaming at scale, and we are now entering a new phase of European expansion. In this role you will build and lead a performance-driven marketing function from the ground up, turning experiments and data into measurable pipeline growth.
Responsibilities
- Design and run CRO experiments across the website, landing pages, and lead flows while building and optimising ABM journeys that target key industries and decision-makers.
- Manage lead scoring models, lifecycle stages, and automation workflows in HubSpot, and run paid media campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, and Bing with a constant focus on CAC efficiency and pipeline contribution.
- Transform the website into a conversion-focused growth engine, own HubSpot automation architecture and nurturing sequences, and build dashboards that improve pipeline velocity and conversion rates.
Requirements
- Five or more years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, demand generation, or performance marketing, with a proven track record of running CRO experiments and driving pipeline-focused campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or an equivalent CRM or marketing automation platform, together with strong analytical skills and comfort working with dashboards, metrics, and experimentation loops.
- Experience collaborating with Sales and Product teams to align growth initiatives with go-to-market motions, plus a leadership mindset that balances guiding others with staying hands-on and execution-driven.
