⭐ Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive Growth Marketing Intern to join our fast-paced team. This role demands a sharp problem-solver who can break down complex issues into actionable insights and drive significant impact through data-driven decision-making.

⭐ How will you make an impact?

Formulate and execute affiliate marketing strategies to boost sales and enhance product visibility.

Analyze performance data to assess affiliate effectiveness and optimize the program.

Recruit new affiliates and partners to broaden our network.

Build robust relationships with affiliates, offering support and resolving issues.

Create and optimize landing pages and website banners.

Continuously analyze business KPIs, identifying key issues and opportunities to optimize performance.

Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and new technologies.

⭐ What makes you a great fit?

You are studying or recently graduated with a bachelors or masters in Marketing or Business.

Strong analytical skills with a deep interest in business metrics.

Knowledge of data analysis tools (Sheets/Excel).

Self-starter with a tenacious attitude and a passion for driving change.

Proactive, ambitious, and eager to learn, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to break down complex issues and propose innovative solutions.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
