What is this role?

We are searching for a proactive Growth Marketing Intern to join our fast-paced team on an on-site basis in Spain. This position is perfect for a student or recent graduate who is eager to apply their analytical skills in a professional setting. You will be working in a dynamic environment where we value data-driven decision-making and a sharp, problem-solving mindset.

What will you do?

• Develop and carry out affiliate marketing strategies to increase our product visibility and drive sales.
• Monitor and analyze performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of our programs and identify areas for optimization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners to help expand our professional network.

What makes you a great fit?

You are an ambitious individual who is currently studying or has recently completed a degree in Marketing or Business. To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualities and skills:

• Strong analytical abilities and a genuine interest in tracking business metrics.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools, specifically Excel or Google Sheets.
• A tenacious, self-starting attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• The ability to break down complex problems into clear, innovative solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

If you have previous experience with affiliate, referral, or influencer programs, or if you have worked with Product-Led Growth, you will certainly stand out to our team.
