Having raised 30 million dollars to fuel our mission, we empower property owners and managers to efficiently market and run their rental businesses online. Our team is truly international, consisting of more than 350 people representing over 60 different nationalities, and we are looking for someone with your energy to join us.
What is this role?
We are searching for a proactive Growth Marketing Intern to join our fast-paced team on an on-site basis in Spain. This position is perfect for a student or recent graduate who is eager to apply their analytical skills in a professional setting. You will be working in a dynamic environment where we value data-driven decision-making and a sharp, problem-solving mindset.
What will you do?
- Develop and carry out affiliate marketing strategies to increase our product visibility and drive sales.
- Monitor and analyze performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of our programs and identify areas for optimization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners to help expand our professional network.
What makes you a great fit?
You are an ambitious individual who is currently studying or has recently completed a degree in Marketing or Business. To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualities and skills:
- Strong analytical abilities and a genuine interest in tracking business metrics.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools, specifically Excel or Google Sheets.
- A tenacious, self-starting attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- The ability to break down complex problems into clear, innovative solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
If you have previous experience with affiliate, referral, or influencer programs, or if you have worked with Product-Led Growth, you will certainly stand out to our team.
