We are seeking a high agency Growth Intern to join our team this summer. As a Growth Intern, you will focus on demand generation efforts and operational initiatives to support our GTM motions. You will collaborate with highly motivated Marketing and Product teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects that align with Instawork’s mission and goals. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, eager to learn, with a willingness to dive into the details and get your hands dirty. This role offers both part-time opportunities during the academic year and full-time opportunities during the summer.
What You'll Do:
- Drive the success of our Partner acquisition efforts by building and experimenting with a growth playbook.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Product teams to create programs, such as referrals, field marketing, to build a robust pipeline of qualified Partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational growth initiatives and contribute to process improvement and efficiency.
- You will support our new product line, gather and analyze data to evaluate the success of operational initiatives and provide actionable insights.
- You’ll work with highly motivated team members who encourage new ideas, feedback and collaboration.
Who You Are:
- Passionate about engaging with and delighting users.
- Have a curious mindset, excited to work in a fast-paced environment, comfortable making decisions in ambiguity, and possessing a strong bias for action.
- Detail-oriented with a strong passion for problem-solving.
- Able to thrive in ambiguity and act as a self-starter.
- Familiar with common metrics used determine business growth metrics such as retention and churn.
For CA-based applicants:
- The hourly pay rate for this position is $30 - $40.
