We are looking for a dedicated Growth Marketing Coordinator to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. In this mid-level role, you will help us accelerate our growth by leveraging data-driven strategies to reach new audiences and deepen engagement across our various business channels.

Responsibilities

Design and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies that align with our broader business objectives.
Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, and HubSpot to drive user acquisition.
Analyze campaign performance data to refine conversion funnels, improve landing page effectiveness, and provide actionable insights to our stakeholders.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Three to five years of professional experience in growth marketing, lead generation, or digital marketing.
Technical proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools, specifically HubSpot, Google Analytics, and the LinkedIn campaign manager.
Strong analytical capabilities with a solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and paid media best practices.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Authorization to work for any employer in the United States, as we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
