We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our marketing team as a Growth Marketing Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone passionate about data-driven marketing strategies and eager to contribute to the growth and success of our organization. The Growth Marketing Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute and optimize marketing campaigns, drive user acquisition, and enhance audience engagement across various channels and areas of the business.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to support different areas of the business.
- Assist in development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, retention, and growth.
- Utilize a combination of inbound and outbound marketing techniques to attract and engage ALKU audiences.
- Collaborate with marketing team and cross-functional teams to create compelling audience personas and messaging to support channel campaigns targeting multiple audiences.
- Implement and manage marketing workflows to nurture audiences and drive engagement throughout customer lifecycles both internal and external.
- Manage and optimize paid media channels on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, and HubSpot.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data and key metrics to evaluate effectiveness and areas for optimizations.
- Support the optimization of landing pages, conversion funnels, and user experiences to improve conversion rates and user experience.
- Monitor industry and audience trends, and best practices in growth marketing to stay ahead of the curve.
- Provide regular updates and reports on marketing campaign performance, key metrics, and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of our target audiences, services, and competitive landscape to effectively position ALKU in the market.
- Other ad-hoc requests as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, lead generation, digital marketing or a related role.
- BS/BA Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, and LinkedIn campaign manager.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid media marketing preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
