What is this role?
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a mid-level position designed for a detail-oriented individual with 3 to 5 years of experience in growth marketing, lead generation, or digital marketing. You will play a key role in our marketing department by helping us execute strategies that drive user acquisition and enhance our brand presence across various channels.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies that support our various business areas.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta Business Suite to improve performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create audience personas and implement marketing workflows that nurture engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong analytical mindset and a knack for turning data into actionable insights. We are looking for someone who is proficient in English and possesses a solid foundation in marketing tools and platforms. Key qualifications include:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- A working knowledge of SEO, SEM, and multi-channel marketing techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a high-paced environment.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
