Role at a glance
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Associate to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. This is a junior-level position perfect for a builder who wants to own our demand generation engine and drive meaningful growth from our headquarters in the United States.
Your impact
- Drive multi-channel campaigns by managing email, paid media, social, and events to generate high-quality leads and convert new opportunities.
- Scale our Account-Based Marketing program by identifying key targets, crafting personalized outreach, and fostering deep client engagement.
- Analyze performance data to gain actionable insights, optimize our marketing ROI, and refine our strategy across the entire funnel.
What you'll need
The ideal candidate is a full-stack marketer who is comfortable experimenting and iterating in a fast-paced environment. We value candidates who have a strong grasp of marketing channels and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, specifically within growth or demand generation.
- Proficiency with essential marketing tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads, Mailchimp, and ZoomInfo.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to tailor messaging for specific personas.
- Fluency in English.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across sales and product teams.
