About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this senior-level role, you will take ownership of our end-to-end e-commerce business. You will be the primary lead for our supplement operations, partnership development, and promotional strategies, ensuring that our offerings align with our mission of providing world-class care.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the supplements P&L, managing revenue streams and operating costs to maintain high-quality standards for our members.
- Direct all aspects of supplement operations, including e-commerce infrastructure, logistics, and vendor relationships, while planning for future fulfillment strategies.
- Collaborate with our clinical and member experience teams to address customer inquiries and develop marketing campaigns for events and perks.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 4 years of professional experience in marketing, project management, or e-commerce.
- A proven ability to handle multiple complex priorities using structured project management frameworks.
- Strong operational skills with a focus on logistics and vendor management.
Location
This position is remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States. You also have the option to work from our centers in NYC or LA if you prefer.
Compensation and Benefits
