Key outcomes

• Design and execute marketing campaigns informed by detailed audience segmentation and data-driven insights.
• Create and maintain data pipelines that integrate third-party marketing information into actionable company dashboards.
• Develop predictive models for user behavior and implement these findings to enhance the performance of our marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with our growth marketing team to launch and optimize various channels while contributing to our rapid expansion.

Requirements

• Possess one to three years of professional experience in research, engineering, data analysis, or growth marketing.
• Demonstrate strong technical proficiency, specifically with SQL and a working knowledge of Python.
• Maintain a solid grasp of SaaS metrics, including LTV, CAC, and payback periods.
• Show experience or a clear understanding of statistical experimentation, such as A/B testing.
• Exhibit excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives.
• Demonstrate a proactive, autonomous approach to learning and a passion for solving challenging, unconventional problems.
• Fluency in English is required for this on-site role based in the United States.
