At Neon, we are building an open-source, serverless Postgres platform that separates storage from compute, and we are looking for a passionate Senior Growth Marketer to help us scale our impact. We are a well-funded, distributed team of 90 people across 29 countries, backed by top-tier investors like Menlo Ventures and Founders Fund, and we would love for you to bring your expertise to our mission.
What you bring
In this full-time, remote role, you will lead growth initiatives that span the entire customer journey, specifically focusing on engaging the developer community. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong market presence while collaborating across our technical and product teams. Your work location is flexible, as we operate as a fully remote organization.
- Own and manage full-cycle growth marketing efforts, guiding users from initial awareness through to conversion.
- Execute continuous, always-on programs including SEO, email marketing, advertising, and developer-focused events.
- Partner closely with our Product Marketing, Developer Relations, and engineering teams to create high-impact content and initiatives.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who has a proven track record of taking marketing concepts from strategy to execution and measuring the results. You should have specific experience in growth marketing for developer-focused products and possess strong analytical skills to uncover new opportunities through data. Proficiency in English is required. We value individuals who are proactive, accountable, and comfortable working within a flat, fast-moving, and highly technical environment.
