The opportunity
We are looking for a Growth Manager who will help us turn promising ideas into measurable pipeline and revenue. In this role you will sit at the center of our marketing efforts, working side by side with SDRs, RevOps, and Product Marketing to design and launch experiments that span paid media, outbound outreach, website conversion, and product-led growth. Because we move quickly, you will have the freedom to generate ideas and put them into motion the same week, shaping how prospects discover and engage with Level AI.
A day in the life
- You start the week by reviewing recent performance data, spotting patterns in demo requests or webinar signups, and choosing one or two new experiments to launch across paid channels, outbound sequences, or landing pages.
- Mid-week you build quick MVPs-ads, forms, or lead flows-then partner with RevOps to confirm tracking and routing are accurate before the campaigns go live.
- By Friday you analyze results in Google Sheets or HubSpot, document what worked, and add the winning tactics to our growing library of playbooks so the whole team can repeat and refine them.
Who you are
You bring at least three years of hands-on growth, demand generation, or marketing operations experience within a B2B SaaS environment. You have already run experiments that moved pipeline numbers, and you treat both wins and misses as fuel for the next test. You are fluent in Google Sheets, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce, and you know how to set up A/B tests, optimize funnels, and manage ad campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn and Google. You thrive when you can work autonomously, bias toward action, and use AI tools like Clay or ChatGPT to accelerate every step of the process. Bonus points if you have worked in customer-experience or AI SaaS spaces, run account-based programs, or collaborated closely with sales teams.
