Our technology allows businesses to embed credit card features directly into their own products, creating seamless experiences for users. About the Role
We are seeking a Growth Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. This mid-level position is essential to our marketing efforts, as you will be responsible for shipping campaigns across various mediums to support our co-brand card programs. We are looking for a resourceful professional who excels in project management and has a deep interest in the consumer fintech space.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with our marketing team to design and execute comprehensive customer acquisition plans.
- Manage the end-to-end development of diverse marketing campaigns across channels such as email, social media, and online advertising.
- Oversee influencer strategies for our card brands, including the performance tracking of both paid and organic initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a growth or marketing role, ideally within the consumer fintech sector.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex projects at once.
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and turn it into actionable business insights.
- Experience working in a startup environment where adaptability and a hands-on approach are key.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms.
- A creative mindset with a passion for solving problems and identifying new growth opportunities.
Location
This position is on-site at our headquarters in the Mission District of San Francisco, United States.
