We are looking for a Senior Growth Engineer to join our team and help us scale our impact. What you'll be doing
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and analysts to build scalable systems that capture insights and enhance customer interactions.
- Develop high-quality web applications using React, JavaScript, CSS, NextJS, and WordPress, while building the APIs and data models that support these experiences.
- Lead technical projects from scope to design, ensuring our team has a solid foundation to iterate and scale our growth experimentation engine.
What you'll bring
We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of professional software development experience who is comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment. You should have a strong command of the English language and the following qualifications:
- Expertise in building web applications using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Proven experience developing custom components for WordPress or other headless CMS platforms.
- A deep understanding of web usability and a track record of supporting growth initiatives through technical systems.
- Experience working with A/B testing and experimentation platforms.
- The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What you'll get
