Goldsky is building the essential data infrastructure for the stablecoin economy. Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Growth Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This role is designed for a builder who thrives on autonomy and wants to use AI to amplify the impact of a small team. You will be working from anywhere in the world, reporting directly to our marketing leadership while collaborating closely with sales, product, and customer success teams.
Your impact
- Develop AI-powered internal tools to streamline our go-to-market operations, including automated outbound workflows, lead scoring agents, and intelligent knowledge retrieval across our internal systems.
- Create high-leverage growth surfaces for our customers, such as interactive product playgrounds, AI-assisted onboarding flows, and dynamic technical demos that allow prospects to experience Goldsky before ever speaking to a salesperson.
- Engineer our marketing infrastructure by treating our website, landing pages, and CRM integrations as a robust engineering surface, ensuring our attribution and lifecycle flows are clean, scalable, and data-driven.
What you'll need
- Proven experience building end-to-end solutions, including frontend, backend, and complex third-party integrations.
- Deep familiarity with the modern web stack, specifically TypeScript and Next.js.
- A track record of shipping production-grade AI features using LLMs, agent frameworks, and modern AI APIs.
- A commercial mindset with a genuine interest in understanding what drives revenue and how to optimize the customer journey.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
- Fluency in English and a desire to master the nuances of financial and stablecoin infrastructure.
