Growth Engineer with Amplitude Expertise at Rezi

We are looking to enhance our product offerings and user engagement strategies with data-driven insights. To achieve this, we are in search of a Growth Engineer with a specialization in Amplitude, the product analytics tool that helps teams run and scale digital businesses.
Your Role and Impact:
As Rezi's dedicated Growth Engineer focusing on Amplitude analytics, you will be the go to in leveraging detailed insights to propel our product to new heights. Your role will involve integrating Amplitude into our product environment deeply and using it to guide our growth experiments. By tapping into the wealth of data at our fingertips, you will help us craft a user journey that is both intuitive and highly converting, driving user acquisition, retention, and expansion.
Responsibilities:
• Integrate Amplitude analytics into Rezi’s product suite, ensuring we capture critical user interactions to inform growth strategies.
• Design and execute growth experiments using insights derived from Amplitude, focusing on improving product engagement and user retention.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine user onboarding experiences, feature adoption, and user lifecycle campaigns.
• Continuously iterate on product features based on user data, optimizing for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, churn, and customer lifetime value.
We’re searching for someone who:
• Has extensive experience with Amplitude or similar product analytics tools, with a proven track record of translating data into growth results.
• Is skilled in software engineering with a solid understanding of product development cycles and SaaS business models.
• Possesses strong analytical skills, with the ability to design experiments, interpret data, and extract actionable insights.
• Is familiar with programming and scripting languages relevant to data analysis and automation (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
