Rezi leads the career advancement space by applying artificial intelligence to resume creation and job search workflows. We are expanding our product and engagement capabilities through deeper, data-informed decision making and are seeking a Growth Engineer who specializes in Amplitude to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis.
Key outcomes
- Embed Amplitude analytics throughout Rezi’s product environment so that every critical user interaction is captured and available for analysis.
- Design and run structured growth experiments that draw directly on Amplitude insights to increase engagement, retention, and expansion.
- Partner with product and marketing colleagues to improve onboarding flows, accelerate feature adoption, and optimize user-lifecycle campaigns.
- Iterate on product features using live user data, targeting measurable gains in conversion rates, reductions in churn, and increases in customer lifetime value.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience implementing and scaling Amplitude or comparable product-analytics platforms, with a demonstrated history of converting data into measurable growth outcomes.
- Proficiency in software engineering and a clear grasp of product development cycles within SaaS environments.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including the design of controlled experiments, interpretation of complex datasets, and translation of findings into actionable recommendations.
- Working knowledge of Python and JavaScript for data analysis, automation, and integration tasks.
- Professional fluency in English.
