Role at a glance
We are looking for a Growth Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a mid-level position perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative startup environment and wants to take ownership of our search and conversion strategies. You can work from anywhere, as we are a distributed team committed to flexibility and excellence.
Your impact
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to boost our organic search rankings and drive high-quality traffic to our platform.
- Lead our CRO initiatives by analyzing user journeys, running A/B tests, and optimizing landing pages to maximize conversion rates.
- Partner with our product, engineering, and content teams to ensure technical SEO best practices are woven into everything we build and publish.
What you'll need
- Three to five years of experience in digital marketing, specifically within a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Deep expertise in technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
- A proven track record of using A/B testing to improve user experience and conversion performance.
- Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Familiarity with headless CMS platforms like Contentful and a solid working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- An analytical mindset that allows you to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
Perks and compensation
The base salary for this role is between $100,000 and $115,000, depending on your location and experience. In addition to your base pay, this position includes a variable target of 10 percent paid quarterly.
