We are looking for a Growth Consultant to lead our expansion efforts across the LATAM region. Ava Labs is a world-class team founded by Cornell computer scientists and industry veterans, dedicated to making it simple to deploy high-performance Web3 solutions on the Avalanche platform.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement expansion plans for Avalanche throughout LATAM, working closely with our internal leadership and stakeholders.
- Establish clear strategies and KPIs to elevate our operational standards.
- Identify and secure new partnerships by managing the full deal lifecycle and building lasting relationships.
- Collaborate with our product and marketing departments to design localized go-to-market strategies for our offerings.
- Manage local operations to ensure we meet our growth targets for both end users and developers.
- Represent Ava Labs at industry events, conferences, and branded activities like Hacker Houses and summits.
Must-haves
- At least 8 years of experience scaling product growth and adoption, preferably within the blockchain, fintech, or technology sectors.
- An established professional network across businesses, government entities, and technology firms in the LATAM region.
- A strong sense of ownership and a proven leadership mentality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Current residency in LATAM for this remote position.
- Fluency in English.
