As Wellthy’s Growth and Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be a key part of our growth marketing and go-to-market (GTM) strategies. You’ll oversee efforts to build momentum for Wellthy with employers and payers; you’ll drive our sales enablement processes—making sure all streams of work move forward and are delivered on time—and ensure our teams have the tools, training, and resources necessary for all of our various sales cycles and audiences; and you’ll lead and advance the strategic positioning of our solutions and ongoing new offerings targeting employers, health plans, and leave of absence carriers. 

You’ll create and manage messaging and positioning for Wellthy through sales collateral (decks, one-pagers, slides, and more), and develop content and materials for RFPs/RFIs, email, paid media ads, events collateral, web pages, and more, ensuring brand consistency and a growing pipeline for Wellthy. You’ll also help Wellthy tell the story of its new products and offerings to members, clients, prospects, and external stakeholders through ongoing GTM efforts. You’ll test this positioning and these messages with clients and prospects, participate in pitch meetings to gather insight and iterate based on feedback. 

You’ll also collaborate across a diverse range of functions at Wellthy—Sales, Product, Communications & Marketing, Client Success, and more, ensuring our teams are trained, well-versed, and updated in positioning and messaging. And you’ll manage market intelligence, ensuring Wellthy is up-to-date on developments happening across the care ecosystem

You will report directly to the VP of Communications.

To be successful in this role:

  • Produce and manage high-quality content to support marketing efforts, including presentations, sales collateral, pitch decks, webinars, demos, case studies, and video assets.
  • With many across Wellthy’s team, help manage and execute on a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to meet business goals, leveraging various channels like events, email, digital ads, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Comms & Marketing, Client Success, and more) to strategize and build alignment around go-to-market plans.
    • Promote strong collaboration among the Product, Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams to ensure growth marketing and GTM strategies are well-integrated with business goals, and that teams feel trained, fluent, and up-to-speed on our messaging and positioning.
  • Help maintain and expand Wellthy’s brand, ensuring consistency and quality across all content.
  • Set key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as necessary to boost results.

The starting salary for this position is $95,000-$125,000.

Location

This is a remote and US states based opportunity. We ask that you work in a location that is:

  • Private, with secure (not public) internet and phone access
  • Suitable to safely and securely accommodate the sensitive information that you will be handling and communicating
  • Given the nature of the material you will be working on and handling, you are required to work from a private, dedicated, distraction-free space 

Qualifications

It is important to note that you will need the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible, creative, and be comfortable in knowing that we are constantly evolving.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of growth or product marketing experience, ideally with a proven track record in B2B marketing.
  • Strong proficiency in multi-channel marketing strategies and content creation.
  • Solid understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a proven track record in project management—meticulous attention to detail and anchored by a strong data-analytic approach. 
  • Experience in managing external vendor relationships.
  • Deep understanding of audience segmentation and targeted content strategies.
  • Proven ability to track, analyze, and leverage metrics for strategic planning.
  • Adaptability to new software and technology, with a preference for those experienced in design and automation tools.

Total Rewards Package

  • Salary Range: $95,000-$125,000
  • Remote work environment.

Role Requirements: 

To work remotely, you must have a strong internet connection, quiet space to take calls and a professional (distraction free) environment.

Location:

This is a fully remote position.  Our Wellthian’s are located throughout the United States but we are currently not accepting candidates in the following states: Alaska, Hawaii, Maine, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, and West Virginia.
