What you'll be doing

• You will lead our go-to-market strategies and growth marketing efforts to build momentum with payers and employers.
• You will manage sales enablement by creating high-quality collateral, such as pitch decks and case studies, while ensuring our teams have the training and resources they need to succeed.
• You will collaborate across departments to refine our product positioning and messaging, using market intelligence to keep us ahead of developments in the care ecosystem.

What you'll bring

To thrive in this role, you should have a background in growth or product marketing, specifically within a B2B environment. We are looking for someone who brings the following:

• At least 5 years of experience in growth or product marketing.
• A solid grasp of digital marketing, SEO, and multi-channel strategy.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage external vendors and complex timelines.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to segment audiences and track performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment from a private, distraction-free space.

What you'll get
