We serve over 400,000 drivers and thousands of carriers and truck stops across the country, working alongside industry leaders to ensure secure and reliable transactions. Since our founding in 2019, our Atlanta-based team of more than 150 people has earned recognition for innovation and culture. We are currently looking for a Senior Growth and Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join us in a full-time, on-site capacity to lead our B2C marketing efforts. If you are a data-driven professional with a background in mobile apps or e-commerce, you will play a vital role in shaping our growth strategy and optimizing the customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire B2C marketing funnel by developing strategies for user acquisition, retention, re-engagement, and upsell opportunities.
- Use data analysis, user segmentation, and personalized messaging to optimize every stage of the customer lifecycle.
- Partner closely with our product team to ensure that marketing initiatives are perfectly aligned with our overall customer experience and conversion objectives.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in growth marketing, specifically focusing on the lifecycle of mobile app users.
- Proficiency with engagement platforms such as Braze or OneSignal to manage customer messaging.
- A strategic and disciplined mindset with a proven ability to measure campaign performance and improve conversion rates across multiple channels.
- Strong expertise in user segmentation, targeting, and leveraging intent data to drive effective marketing programs.
- An organized approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously while remaining open to testing new strategies based on real-time insights.
