Graphic Designer at Nightingale Veterinary Partners

Nightingale Veterinary is a growing team dedicated to modernizing veterinary medicine by fostering a collaborative culture and sustainable career paths. We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing team at our home office in the New York City area, where you will help us transform the industry through innovative design and world-class care.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute designs for a wide range of media, including print materials, website landing pages, digital advertisements, and in-practice branding.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to conceptualize solutions that align with our strategic goals.
• Maintain and uphold our brand standards across every creative project.
• Manage project timelines effectively and communicate the status of your work clearly.
• Coordinate with external partners, such as photographers and print vendors, to ensure objectives and deadlines are met.
• Support the team with copywriting for various design projects.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Must-haves

• Three to five years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within the veterinary or service sectors.
• A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and web design.
• Experience working alongside external web developers on design projects.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong ability to conceptualize creative ideas.
• Solid project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work on-site in the New York City metropolitan area at least three days per week.

Nice-to-haves

• Proven illustration skills.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $95,000 per year.
