What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our international Marketing Team on a part-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere in the world. You will be a vital part of our creative efforts, helping us shape the JobLeads brand through compelling visual storytelling and design.
What will you do?
- Develop high-quality designs for social media campaigns, email marketing, and landing pages that prioritize a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing stakeholders to produce materials that clearly communicate our brand value.
- Take full ownership of your projects from the initial concept through to final execution while managing your own timelines.
What makes you a great fit?
You should have a strong background in design and a passion for staying current with creative trends. We are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within an agency or in-house creative team.
- Proven expertise in marketing and social media design, along with at least 3 years of experience in UX design for landing pages.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Experience using AI tools like Midjourney, Firefly, and Runway to create high-quality imagery.
- Strong communication skills in English and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, remote environment.
