What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in the United States. You will play a central part in defining our visual identity, ensuring that our marketing materials and digital content are both compelling and consistent with our brand. We are looking for someone with extensive professional experience who is ready to take ownership of visual projects and collaborate closely with our marketing and product teams.
What will you do?
- Create engaging graphic elements for both digital and print media, such as brochures, email campaigns, banners, and presentations.
- Ensure our brand identity remains consistent across all product and marketing visuals while helping to evolve our design guidelines.
- Partner with our marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts for promotional campaigns and digital advertisements.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have at least five years of professional experience in graphic design, or an equivalent background that demonstrates your expertise. We require a strong portfolio that highlights your creativity, particularly with ad content, as we cannot consider applicants who do not provide one. You should be fluent in English and possess the following qualifications:
- Expertise in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- A solid grasp of typography, color theory, layout principles, and technical specifications for various file types.
- The ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with cross-functional teams, whether in person or remotely.
- A bonus would be experience with motion graphics, video editing, and designing ads for platforms like Google and Meta.
- Familiarity with the tech industry or B2B marketing is highly valued.
