At Aetion, we are pioneering the use of real-world evidence to transform healthcare. Our technology platform enables medical professionals and biopharma leaders to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of medications, ultimately driving better patient outcomes. We are a global organization with a strong presence in the United States and a growing technology hub in Barcelona. As we expand our reach and product offerings, we are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis in Spain.
Key outcomes
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop compelling visual assets that align with our brand identity.
- Maintain and evolve our brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital and physical touchpoints.
- Translate complex research and data into engaging visual stories for whitepapers, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Manage the end-to-end design process, from initial conceptualization and research to final delivery.
- Produce high-quality graphics for our website, social media channels, and email campaigns.
- Organize and curate our library of digital assets, including photography, icons, and stock graphics.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least two years of experience in graphic design, multimedia production, or brand development.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects, as well as Figma and presentation software like PowerPoint.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to execute diverse design projects.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across different time zones.
- A high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- A proven history of leading successful brand development initiatives.
- Experience with motion graphics, UX/UI, or digital design.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
- Strong strategic thinking skills and experience facilitating collaboration with cross-functional partners.
