About the Role
We are seeking a Graphic Designer for a full-time, on-site position. In this role, you will focus on executing graphic design for location-based marketing and educational materials on a global scale. You will report to the Head of Brand Design and collaborate with various internal teams to ensure our brand remains consistent while effectively communicating our mission to diverse audiences. Your work will be highly visible and will play a critical role in how we present our identity to users worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and develop creative print materials that align with our established brand strategy.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously for various international markets while meeting strict deadlines.
- Create high-quality visual assets, merchandise, and marketing materials while collaborating with cross-functional partners across the organization.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in design and a passion for visual storytelling. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in graphic design with a specific focus on print design.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- A deep understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
- Practical knowledge of press and printing processes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex ideas for broad, global audiences.
- Experience working with design systems for large-scale brands.
Location
This position is based in San Francisco.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, depending on your specific skills and experience. In addition to salary, we offer a competitive long-term incentive package. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
