About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team as a Contractor. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping our visual identity by creating high-quality designs that resonate with our audience. You will work closely with our internal teams to translate our brand objectives into compelling visual assets across a variety of digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and produce high-quality visual assets for diverse media, including social graphics, advertisements, brochures, and marketing presentations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure every design project aligns with our brand guidelines and effectively communicates our core messaging.
- Manage the full lifecycle of design projects, from initial brainstorming and layout development to final delivery, while maintaining organized assets for future use.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong creative portfolio and a deep understanding of design fundamentals. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Expertise in typography, composition, color theory, and layout design.
- High proficiency in Figma or Sketch, with additional experience in the Adobe Creative Suite considered a major plus.
- Proven experience working in fast-paced startup environments where you successfully managed high volumes of tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to solve challenges and contribute bold, creative ideas.
- Bonus qualifications: Experience with UI and motion graphics, or practical knowledge of HTML and CSS.
