Nitra offers physicians and medical clinics around the country credit and expense management products they crucially need, as well as a medical supply marketplace, in an all-in-one platform powered by machine learning technologies.
Nitra was created by unicorn founders who have successfully scaled to thousands of customers and exited $1B+ public offerings. They are joined by an ambitious and experienced team from American Express, Citi, Plaid, and Goldman Sachs. We are seeking a skilled Contract Graphic Designer to join our team on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating creative design abilities across various platforms. As a Contract Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with our team to produce visually appealing and effective designs that align with our brand identity and objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conceptualize and create visually stunning designs for digital and print media, including but not limited to advertisements, social media graphics, brochures, flyers, presentations, and other marketing materials.Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts based on project requirements and brand guidelines.Work closely with the team to understand project goals, target audience, and messaging to ensure designs effectively communicate the desired message.Execute design projects from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables within specified deadlines.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate revisions into designs as needed.Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and software advancements to continually improve skills and deliver innovative designs.Adhere to project budgets and timelines, communicating any potential issues or delays to the project manager in a timely manner.Maintain organized files and assets to facilitate efficient project management and future revisions.Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and concepts for marketing initiatives.Adapt designs for various platforms and formats while maintaining brand consistency and visual integrity.You have:
Demonstrated knowledge of layouts, typography, composition, color, and other design fundamentalsProficiency with Figma or Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite is a bonusExperience working in a fast-paced environment and/or a startupExcellent written and verbal communication skillsShown you are adept at handling and frequently re-prioritizing a high volume of tasks.
