Graphic Designer at Curri

Curri is a design-focused company dedicated to transforming the logistics and transportation sector through intuitive product design and compelling visuals. We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team in Ventura, California, to help us refine our suite of apps and shape our brand identity.

Responsibilities

• Create beautiful, pragmatic user interfaces and contribute to our expanding design system.
• Collaborate with a small, creative team to solve complex UX challenges and define the future of our products.
• Develop wireframes, flows, and prototypes to clearly communicate design intent to stakeholders.
• Work closely with front-end engineers to ensure the successful delivery of features and services.
• Iterate on existing designs based on direct customer feedback.
• Present multiple design explorations to the team and feel comfortable testing new, unconventional ideas.
• Maintain and improve our UI brand guidelines.

Must-haves

• At least 5 years of professional experience in a product, UI, or UX design role within a tech company.
• Proven ability to create effective wireframes and prototypes.
• Extensive experience contributing to and maintaining design systems.
• Deep understanding of interaction design principles and the full UX design process.
• High proficiency in Figma and Adobe Illustrator.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your product design skills and completed projects.
• Experience working in a startup environment and collaborating effectively with project managers.
• An open-minded approach and the ability to work without ego.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Nice-to-haves

• Interest in conducting user research and gathering customer feedback.
• Experience with UI copywriting, motion design, or interaction design.
• Background in the construction, delivery, or transportation industries.
• Proficiency in Midjourney and Webflow.
