Graphic Designer at MissionWired

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team and help us push the boundaries of digital storytelling through high-impact visuals and motion graphics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with our digital strategy teams to translate client goals into compelling visual solutions.
• Produce a wide range of digital assets including email graphics, social media content, infographics, and logos.
• Maintain consistent branding while applying strong design principles to every project.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to conceptualize creative ideas that work across multiple media platforms.
• Think creatively to elevate our concepts and execution for high-stakes fundraising and advocacy campaigns.

Must-haves

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, with a specific focus on Photoshop and After Effects.
• Proven experience in motion graphics, animation, and video editing.
• Strong proficiency in typography, layout design, and responsive design.
• Experience creating optimized graphics for email, including animated GIFs that balance visual quality with file size constraints.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage project milestones independently.
• A high level of attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
• Fluency in English.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in political advocacy, fundraising, or nonprofit work.
• A background in digital illustration.
• Experience working with complex brand guidelines for large organizations.
• The ability to analyze digital metrics to optimize design performance.

The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000 per year.
