The role

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, open to candidates located anywhere. We are looking for a seasoned creative professional who is ready to take ownership of our visual identity and help us push the boundaries of design in the fintech space.

Core responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-quality visual content across digital, web, and print platforms to ensure our brand identity remains consistent and compelling.
• Partner closely with our Growth team to produce eye-catching marketing assets, social media graphics, and branding materials that resonate with our global audience.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to shape design strategies and solve complex visual challenges through strong composition, typography, and layout principles.

Skills and experience

• At least 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally within the fintech sector, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• A deep understanding of design fundamentals such as color theory, typography, and layout, combined with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote environment.
• Fluency in English and a proactive, collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
