At Morgan & Morgan, we serve as a vital defense for millions of people against large corporations and insurance companies. With a team of over 3,000 employees united by our mission to fight for consumer rights, we are seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our team on an on-site, full-time basis in the United States.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with diverse teams to brainstorm and strategize on a variety of visual materials, including billboards, social media banners, logos, editorial layouts, and brochures.
Translate strategic goals into high-quality designs that remain consistent with our established brand identity.
Develop original concepts using both manual techniques and digital tools, carefully selecting typography, color palettes, imagery, and layouts.
Apply trend intelligence and market knowledge to execute designs that resonate with our audience.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all work meets organizational standards and deadlines.
Prepare and preflight files for final delivery to printers or media partners.
Maintain internal design databases to ensure project organization.

Must-haves

A strong portfolio showcasing your creative and innovative design work.
At least five years of combined academic and professional experience using industry-standard software like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design concepts effectively.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, self-starting attitude combined with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Fluency in English.

Nice-to-haves

Prior experience working in a creative or marketing agency.
A Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or a related field.
Proficiency in illustration and animation.
Experience with presentation software such as PowerPoint or Google Slides.
Working knowledge of CSS3 and HTML5.

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $75,000.00 to $80,000.00 USD. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package for our full-time staff, which includes:
