We are Ogury, a global adtech company that provides Personified Advertising solutions. By focusing on personas rather than individual tracking, we help brands and publishers reach audiences through privacy-first technology. Since our founding in 2014, we have grown into a diverse team of over 500 people across 17 countries. We are currently looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team in Japan on a full-time basis. In this hybrid role, you will report to our Creative Director and play a key part in crafting visual content that brings our clients' visions to life.
Responsibilities
- Create tailored visual content and design assets that align with client briefs and brand expectations.
- Collaborate closely with our Sales, Customer Service, and Design teams to develop impactful campaigns that reflect current industry trends.
- Present design concepts to clients and conduct ongoing research to ensure our creative output remains innovative and competitive.
Requirements
- Significant experience working in a creative or graphic design function within the Digital or AdTech industry.
- Strong proficiency in industry-standard tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, and Microsoft Suite.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage projects effectively across different departments.
- A proactive mindset with a deep interest in staying current with design trends and creative standards.
- Fluency in English to support our collaborative, global work environment.
