The opportunity

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team on a temporary basis at our Vista office. This role is essential to our mission, as you will use your design expertise to support our broader marketing efforts. You will be a key player in bringing our brand to life across social media, email campaigns, and various event materials. This position is expected to last between 3 to 6 months at 40 hours per week, with the potential to transition into a full-time role for the right candidate.

A day in the life

• You will create and edit compelling visual content for our marketing channels, including social media, email, and event collateral using the Adobe Creative Suite.
• You will assist in the development and execution of our social media and email marketing strategies, ensuring our online community stays engaged and informed.
• You will support our team with event planning and coordination, while also managing administrative tasks like scheduling, file maintenance, and project tracking to keep our initiatives running smoothly.

Who you are

You are a creative professional with a strong foundation in design and a knack for organization. You are comfortable working in an on-site environment and possess the following qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, along with experience using online design tools like Canva.
• Experience in managing social media accounts and coordinating successful marketing events.
• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office, Dropbox, WordPress, Shopify, and various CRM systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative spirit that allows you to work effectively with writers, designers, and managers.
• Strong organizational skills that allow you to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines with ease.
