About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Graphic Designer (Video) for a part-time position. This role focuses heavily on video production while also involving the creation of various design assets such as sales collateral, website elements, and advertisements. You will work 16 hours per week, ideally spread across two days between Tuesday and Thursday, and report directly to our Head of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a wide range of visual concepts, including animations, GIFs, event materials, performance ads, and sales presentations to support our marketing goals.
• Produce engaging video content and social media assets that elevate our brand presence and increase follower interaction across multiple digital platforms.
• Partner with our internal design and marketing teams to create cohesive product videos for our website, email campaigns, and social channels.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a specific emphasis on video design.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working within the Fintech or finance sector, or a similar high-growth B2B environment.
• Expertise in industry-standard tools including Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, and Figma.
• Strong project management capabilities, allowing you to manage multiple campaigns and shifting priorities effectively.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, while proficiency in Portuguese is considered a valuable asset.
• A flexible mindset that allows you to thrive in an evolving environment where you are comfortable taking on diverse tasks.

Location

This position is based in Mexico City, Mexico. We operate on a hybrid model, offering you the opportunity to work from our office located in Roma Norte.
