We are seeking a motivated part-time Graphic Designer (Video) who is passionate about creating compelling videos and creatives that highlight our platform’s value to clients around the world. In this role, you will focus primarily on video design but will also contribute to other design elements such as sales collateral, website, and advertisements. Your main responsibilities will include creating videos that highlight our products, employees, and brand.

You'll report directly to the Head of Marketing and collaborate extensively with teams in Branding, Design, and Performance Marketing. We are looking for a candidate who embodies these qualities and is excited to become a product expert, working closely with Product Marketing to understand regional nuances.

Location: This role is based out of Mexico City, Mexico, as a hybrid position where there is an opportunity to come into our office in Roma Norte. #LI-HYBRID

Part-time - 16 hrs a week (2 days/wk preferably within Tues-Thurs)

Job Responsibilities:

Design graphic concepts for various materials, including one-pagers, presentations, billboards, performance ads, event materials, merchandising, and videos/animations.

Strengthen our brand by enhancing current graphic and video materials

Create engaging social media posts to boost brand awareness and followers.

Collaborate with internal designers and marketers to produce product videos for the website, social media, and email.

Create animated graphics and gifs that can be used across multiple platforms.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in graphic design with a focus on video design

3+ years of working in the Fintech or Finance industry, or has a proven track record of working in high-growth, quickly evolving B2B industries.

Comfortable with ambiguity and ever changing priorities, willing to wear many hats and scale his/her experience as we grow in order to prioritize the right things.

Fluent in English and Spanish. Portuguese language as well would be a plus

Project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Comprehensive knowledge of: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, Figma and other design tools.
