What is this role?

We are searching for a Graphic Designer II to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a mid-level position designed for someone who can blend graphic design expertise with a strong background in UI design. As a key member of our team, you will act as the visual storyteller for our brand, ensuring that our identity remains consistent and engaging across all consumer and business touchpoints. This is a hybrid role based out of our Boston headquarters.

What will you do?

• Collaborate with leadership and communications partners to develop compelling visual narratives that tell the story of our brand across various media.
• Take ownership of our brand guidelines and contribute to the development of design systems that reflect our company vision.
• Create a wide range of visual content, including UI elements, infographics, packaging, printed collateral, and presentation materials for our executive team.

To be successful in this role, you should have a solid foundation in design principles and a passion for visual culture. We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• A BFA or BA in Graphic Design or a related field, combined with 2 to 4 years of professional experience in an agency or in-house setting.
• Expert-level mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
• Strong proficiency in UI design, typography, illustration, and interactive design tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Excellent communication skills, both visual and verbal, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, authentic stories.
• A proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
