SeekWell, the parent company of 1-800 Contacts, Luna, and Hello Eyes, is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Design team. We are dedicated to making vision care more accessible and are seeking a creative professional to help us build cohesive, engaging customer experiences across our CRM channels.

Responsibilities

Partner with copywriters and designers to create assets for email, SMS, push notifications, and web or app merchandising.
Translate complex business strategies into effective, tangible creative assets in collaboration with our CRM marketing team.
Coordinate your creative campaigns with our broader Marketing and Creative teams, including Social, Product, and Acquisition.
Manage projects from the initial concept phase through to final completion.
Adopt a test and learn approach to iterate on designs and improve performance.

Must-haves

At least 3 years of experience as a graphic designer within an agency or in-house creative team.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.
Strong critical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to present your work and incorporate feedback.
A portfolio that showcases relevant design work and conceptual thinking.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities.
A commitment to personal growth and a growth mindset toward your craft.
Fluency in English.

Nice-to-haves

Professional experience specifically focused on email design.
Previous work within the ecommerce space.
