We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Design Team as we continue to grow our brand and build cohesive customer experiences. At 1-800 Contacts, the CRM team is chartered with transforming how we engage and communicate with our customer base. A designer on this team is an essential role in creating on-brand, engaging email, merchandising and digital marketing experiences.

What you’ll do
- Collaborate with copywriters and other designers to design assets for email and other CRM channels — SMS, push, and merchandising opportunities across web and app
- Work directly with CRM marketing partners to translate business strategies into tangible creative assets
- Coordinate creative campaigns with adjacent Marketing and Creative teams — Product (site & app), Acquisition, and Social
- Take projects from concept to completion
- Test, learn and iterate
What you’ll need
- 3+ years experience working as a graphic designer or similar role on an in-house creative team or agency environment. Email design and ecommerce experience are a plus
- Strong critical thinking, communication and writing skills
- A passion for your craft that embraces feedback in constant pursuit of personal growth and improving work
- A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work
- Ability to balance and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment despite changing priorities
- Strong conceptual thinking skills and the ability to work with marketing teams to concept and execute campaigns
- A growth mindset and a commitment to continuous learning and development
- A love of playing at the intersection of graphic/marketing design and product design
- A hyper awareness of both tiny details and big picture stuff
- Ability to present work to partners and effectively solicit and address feedback
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud—Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
