We are a rapidly expanding eCommerce company looking for a Senior Graphic Design Customer Care specialist to join our team on a full-time, long-term basis. You will work in a fast-paced, on-site office environment where you will play a key role in supporting our customers and helping our business grow through high-quality design and dedicated service.
Responsibilities
- Help customers develop printing artwork, with comprehensive training provided to get you up to speed.
- Review artwork files for quality, fix any defects, and send proofs to our clients.
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and online chat while following up on sales leads to offer effective solutions.
- Handle the packing and shipping of orders as needed.
- Monitor production turnaround times and resolve any customer satisfaction issues or service problems promptly.
- Assist with seasonal tasks across marketing, warehouse, or customer relationship departments.
- Create engaging templates, images, and videos to update our website listings and social media channels.
- Analyze customer needs to provide management with suggestions for product improvements and new service offerings.
Must-haves
- Proven experience in graphic design and customer care.
- Strong skills in packaging design and sales.
- Fluency in English to communicate effectively with our customers.
- A commitment to a long-term role, as we are looking for someone to grow with us for at least three years.
