The role

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Graphic Design Intern to join our team in Leinfelden-Echterdingen for a six-month full-time internship. This position is designed for students currently in the second half of their studies who are looking to complete their practical semester. You will work on-site, gaining valuable experience in an international environment while refining your design skills across various media, including print advertisements, landing pages, and social media campaigns.

Core responsibilities

• Collaborate with our global marketing team to shape the visual identity and external presence of the Shaper brand.
• Contribute your unique inspiration and experience to our creative process, including helping to develop visual languages, mood boards, and campaign briefings.
• Work closely with your design lead to develop creative concepts and, after an initial onboarding period, take ownership of smaller projects and support the design execution of our international rollouts.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• You are currently enrolled in a degree program with a focus on Communication Design or a related field.
• You have already gained initial practical experience, whether through internships, working student positions, or personal creative projects.
• You have a strong interest in brand and product strategy.
• You are fluent in both German and English. Proficiency in French is considered a plus.
• You work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner while being a supportive team player.
