About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Go to Market Strategy Manager to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. This is a high-visibility role where you will play a central part in transforming our business. You will act as a structured and analytical thinker, helping to guide our strategic initiatives and own outcomes across our dynamic SaaS and payments operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership to influence revenue growth and operational effectiveness by blending quantitative analysis with strategic vision.
- Develop and evaluate new go-to-market strategies, covering areas such as pricing, market selection, customer retention, and the internal processes that support our execution.
- Lead complex, cross-functional projects that require rapid execution, taking initiatives from the initial insight phase through to full implementation.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in strategy, analytics, or operations within the B2B SaaS space. We look for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- At least 6 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 2 years specifically focused on go-to-market topics, strategy, or operations.
- Strong technical data skills and the ability to work with raw data, with proficiency in SQL, Python, or various BI tools being a significant advantage.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive, resourceful mindset with a bias for action and a willingness to handle both high-level strategy and detailed execution.
- An MBA or experience in top-tier consulting is highly valued, though we also welcome candidates from internal strategy, growth, or revenue operations teams.
Location
This position is based in the United States and follows a hybrid work model, requiring three days in the office and two days of remote work each week.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive salary range. The total compensation for this role is between 160,000 USD and 230,000 USD, with specific placement within that range determined by your location, experience, and skills.
Our benefits include:
- Full coverage of premiums for employee medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- A 401k matching program.
- Generous paid time off, starting at 15 days and increasing based on your tenure.
- Paid parental and adoption leave.
- 12 paid company holidays and 2 days of paid volunteer time off.
