What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior Go-to-Market Enablement Manager to join our Marketing team in a full-time capacity. This is a high-visibility, hybrid position based in the United States. You will report directly to our VP of Marketing and collaborate closely with our Sales and Customer Success departments to build and scale our enablement programs as our company grows.

What will you do?

  • Design and lead comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring they are fully prepared for commercial interactions and ready to succeed in their roles.
  • Create and manage essential sales collateral, playbooks, and tools while partnering with product and marketing teams to ensure our GTM staff has the resources they need to be effective.
  • Analyze GTM processes and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, introducing new methodologies and productivity tools to drive efficiency across the organization.

What makes you a great fit?

We are looking for someone who has at least 6 years of experience in GTM enablement or a related field. You should have a proven track record of building successful programs and a background in a revenue-facing role, such as a BDR, AE, CSM, or SE. You must be comfortable with English and possess the following qualities:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners.
  • An analytical mindset that uses data to drive decisions and track key performance indicators.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • A self-driven approach that thrives in fast-paced environments where agility and quick action are valued.
