Adyen serves as the financial technology platform of choice for major global brands like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft. We provide a unified solution for payments, data, and financial products, and we are currently seeking a Global Product Marketing Team Lead to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. In this role, you will define and execute the marketing strategy for our key business lines, specifically focusing on SaaS platforms and marketplaces. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, working closely with our commercial and product leadership to drive revenue growth and build thought leadership across our global markets.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to our commercial and product leadership by translating complex business objectives into actionable, high-impact marketing plans.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to a multidisciplinary team of product and program marketing managers, fostering a culture centered on efficiency and customer impact.
- Drive the development of comprehensive go-to-market playbooks and scalable campaign toolkits that empower our regional teams to execute effectively in their local markets.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional experience in product marketing, demand generation, or commercial roles within the B2B technology sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in the payment industry, fintech, or embedded finance, with a solid understanding of how these solutions function within banking and SaaS environments.
- Proven success in a leadership capacity, with a track record of coaching teams and managing high-impact programs that deliver measurable business results.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate and collaborate with senior stakeholders across diverse cultures and time zones.
- A Master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, along with full fluency in written and spoken English.
- Experience working in an agile environment, including the ability to act as a Scrum Master to improve team efficiency and workflows.
