We are seeking a Global Product Manager to join our Molecular Biology team and help drive the success of our core service offerings. As part of GenScript Biotech Corporation, a global leader in biotechnology since 2002, you will contribute to our mission of making humans and nature healthier through our advanced gene synthesis and life science solutions.

Responsibilities

Oversee the full product lifecycle, including P&L management, strategic roadmapping, pricing reviews, and process improvements.
Guide new and upgraded services from the initial planning stages through to a successful market launch.
Perform market research and gather customer feedback to identify emerging trends and unmet needs.
Analyze the competitive landscape to provide actionable insights that support sustainable business growth.
Partner with our R&D and production teams to refine existing services and develop innovative new products.
Work alongside the marketing department to create go-to-market strategies and regional promotional initiatives.
Act as a key resource for our commercial team by providing ongoing support for our service offerings.

Must-haves

A Bachelor of Science degree in life sciences or a related field.
Between 3 and 7 years of professional experience in product management, marketing, project management, or sales within the life sciences or healthcare sectors.
Strong understanding of the molecular biology service market, specifically regarding gene synthesis and plasmid DNA preparation.
Proven ability to conduct thorough market research and build compelling business cases.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
A demonstrated track record of successfully leading and executing complex projects.
The ability to work effectively across different functional teams.

Nice-to-haves

An advanced degree, such as a Master of Science or a PhD in life sciences.
Prior experience working within a Contract Research Organization (CRO) environment.
