About the Role

We are hiring a Global Marketing Operations Manager for a full-time, on-site position. In this senior role, you will lead our efforts to modernize our marketing capabilities. You will act as a catalyst for change, ensuring our marketing programs are personalized, relevant, and effective while working closely with our international teams to foster operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Align our marketing operations with broader business goals by collaborating with both Corporate and Field Marketing teams to develop high-impact strategies.
• Manage and optimize our marketing technology stack, including CRM systems and automation platforms, while evaluating new tools to improve our efficiency.
• Oversee lead management processes and budget allocation to ensure we maximize our return on investment and effectively track marketing performance through data-driven insights.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should bring a strong background in marketing operations, ideally within the B2B software or SaaS industry. We value candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Proven expertise in managing marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong proficiency in project management tools like Monday.com and a demonstrated ability to handle multiple complex projects at once.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data trends and communicate actionable insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
• A meticulous, problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment.

This position is based in the Netherlands.
