We are looking for a strategic, data-driven Global Marketing Manager to join our team in Hong Kong and help us shape the future of our digital presence.
What you'll be doing
- You will lead and refine performance marketing initiatives across our media platforms, focusing on driving user growth through targeted digital efforts.
- You will take ownership of our digital platform strategy, ensuring we remain at the forefront of industry best practices and emerging social marketing technologies.
- You will spearhead the expansion of our audience reach by developing innovative newsletter strategies and collaborating with our sales teams to monetize these offerings effectively.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of digital marketing and a passion for contemporary culture. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in newsletter publishing and business development.
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics and various newsletter management tools.
- A foundational ability to use Photoshop for visual tasks.
- Excellent communication skills in English, allowing you to collaborate seamlessly with editorial and sales teams.
- A proven track record in user acquisition and user retention, with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Experience with CRM systems is considered a significant asset.
- The flexibility to work across different time zones, including nights and weekends when necessary.
- Eligibility to work in Hong Kong, as this position is based in our local office.
