What you bring
We are seeking a Senior Global Marketing Manager to join us on a Full Time basis in Hong Kong. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in digital marketing, user acquisition, and retention to elevate our brand presence. You will work in a hybrid environment, utilizing tools like Google Analytics, CRM, and Photoshop to drive our mission forward.
- Lead and execute performance marketing strategies to expand our user base across all digital platforms.
- Collaborate with sales teams to monetize newsletter offerings while identifying new avenues for audience growth.
- Analyze campaign data to refine our approach and ensure our tactics remain effective and aligned with editorial goals.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with at least five years of experience in newsletter publishing and business development. You should be highly proficient in Google Analytics and various newsletter tools, with a basic working knowledge of Photoshop. We value candidates who possess excellent communication skills in English and a proven ability to turn website data into actionable change. You should be creative, capable of thinking outside the box, and flexible enough to manage tasks across different time zones or during weekends when necessary. Experience with CRM is considered a significant advantage.
