We are currently looking for a strategic, data driven Global Marketing Manager to join our team in Hong Kong. What you'll be doing
- You will lead and develop performance marketing initiatives to grow our user base across all our media platforms.
- You will manage our digital presence, ensuring we stay ahead of industry trends and apply the best possible strategies for audience engagement and retention.
- You will drive the expansion of our audience by crafting effective newsletter strategies and collaborating with our sales teams to monetize these offerings.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in digital marketing and a passion for the culture we cover. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
- You have at least 5 years of experience in newsletter publishing and business development.
- You are highly proficient in Google Analytics and various newsletter tools, and you possess basic skills in Photoshop.
- You have a proven track record of using CRM systems and data analysis to drive user acquisition and retention.
- You are a skilled communicator with the ability to think creatively and execute strategies that deliver measurable results.
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, which may include working across different time zones, nights, or weekends when necessary.
- You are fluent in English and hold the legal right to work in Hong Kong.
