Tools for Humanity is seeking a Global Marketing Director to join our team. We are the organization behind World, a network built on privacy-preserving, proof-of-human technology and a globally inclusive financial system designed to connect and empower everyone.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy that aligns with our vision, including defining target markets and performance indicators.
- Create effective market entry strategies that account for local cultural, regulatory, and economic dynamics.
- Lead and collaborate with integrated marketing, communications, and regional operating teams to maintain brand consistency and foster a high-performance culture.
- Oversee global brand identity and ensure our messaging resonates across diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive product marketing strategies, positioning, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage global digital marketing initiatives, including SEO and SEM, while utilizing data analytics to optimize performance and return on investment.
- Oversee budget allocation and manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure impactful results.
Must-haves
- Extensive leadership experience in marketing with a strong focus on global growth.
- Deep understanding of international markets, cultural nuances, and global business practices.
- Proven ability in strategic planning, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, product marketing, and budget management on an international scale.
- Fluency in English.

The salary range for this position is $190,000 to $250,000.
