Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Global Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in the United States, requiring you to be onsite in Columbus, Ohio, 3 to 4 days per week. You will play a pivotal role in integrating marketing efforts across the Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma Services global portfolio, ensuring our brand remains consistent and high-impact.
Your impact
- Brand Stewardship: You will maintain a unified brand identity by managing global guidelines, templates, and messaging across all marketing materials, from conference booths to digital assets.
- Strategic Infrastructure: You will design and implement a global marketing framework that streamlines activity management, fosters cross-site collaboration, and ensures transparency.
- Communications and Digital Presence: You will lead external communications, including press releases and reporter engagement, while auditing and updating our digital platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency.
What you'll need
- At least 5 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects within a professional services or product-focused environment.
- A strong command of English and the ability to interpret technical business documents.
- Proven success in managing external client projects while maintaining strict adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
- The ability to draft and review professional contracts, including Statements of Work and Service Agreements.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at every level of the organization.
