The opportunity

We are seeking a Global Manager, Search Marketing and Paid Media to join us on a one-year maternity cover contract. This role is a vital leadership position where you will take the helm of our global search and paid media strategies. You will be the hands-on expert guiding our efforts across organic search, LinkedIn, programmatic advertising, and content sponsorship. This is a hybrid role based in our Windsor, UK office, with the first three months requiring a full-time presence on-site to ensure a seamless integration into our team.

A day in the life

  • You will design and execute sophisticated global search strategies that amplify our brand visibility, drive high-quality traffic to our website, and generate meaningful leads across diverse international markets.
  • You will manage the full lifecycle of our paid media channels, from initial strategy and budget allocation to execution and performance optimization, ensuring every campaign is data-driven and impactful.
  • You will act as a central hub for insights, providing actionable reports and self-service dashboards to our regional teams and internal partners to foster a culture of continuous improvement and strategic alignment.

Who you are

You are a seasoned digital marketing professional with 8 to 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years specifically focused on search marketing and paid media campaign execution. You are comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and have spent 3 to 5 years managing agency relationships. Because this role requires a deep understanding of our digital footprint, you should be highly proficient with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Ahrefs, and Surfer. You possess strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for a variety of stakeholders. Fluency in English is required, and you hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
