With a global team of over 400 consultants and developers, we support clients across various industries with software technology and deep process expertise. We are currently looking for a Global Lead Creation & Content to join our team in Germany. Key outcomes

• Provide creative leadership for our internal design team while managing external graphic designers and service providers.
• Collaborate closely with our marketing and product teams to align on strategy and execution.
• Oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns for both national and international markets.
• Maintain and evolve our corporate identity by ensuring all advertising materials adhere to our brand standards.
• Manage the procurement and quality assurance processes for all promotional materials.
• Lead the planning and execution of international marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership role, specifically managing creative teams.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on understanding and supporting the individual needs of your team members.
• Ability to translate complex information into visually appealing, clear, and understandable content.
• Exceptional organizational skills, combining a high standard of quality with an efficient working style.
• Advanced proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Solid working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with print production and prepress processes.
• Interest in and experience with creating content for social media platforms.
• Professional proficiency in English and a strong command of German.
