As we enter a new phase of global expansion, we are looking for a visionary Global Head of Marketing to join our executive team in Germany.
Key outcomes
- Develop and execute a bold global marketing strategy that positions NavVis as the premier name in reality capture and digital twin technology.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing global team of 15+ marketing specialists, fostering a culture of creativity and ownership.
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success leadership to drive growth and ensure marketing serves as a core business driver.
- Own the global demand generation strategy to increase brand awareness and generate a measurable pipeline through data-driven campaigns.
- Implement modern tools, processes, and AI-enabled systems to transform our marketing department into an insight-driven powerhouse.
- Elevate our brand presence to ensure it resonates effectively across diverse industries and geographies.
Requirements
- Extensive executive-level experience leading global marketing teams across all core functions, including brand, product, operations, and demand generation.
- A proven track record of building and coaching high-performing teams and other marketing leaders.
- Deep expertise in B2B marketing, with a strong understanding of marketing psychology and data-driven or AI-enabled strategies.
- Hands-on experience with product and content marketing, as well as building technical toolchains for automation and analytics.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a history of successfully launching campaigns, tools, and organizational structures.
- Fluency in English.
