Toradex is a global leader in embedded computing, providing intelligent hardware and software solutions to over 3,000 industrial customers across 70 countries. We empower companies to build sophisticated products, ranging from self-driving tractors to advanced medical monitoring systems. We are currently seeking a Global Head of Digital Marketing & Communications to join our team in Switzerland on a full-time basis. This executive role is perfect for a strategic leader who wants to drive our innovative vision in the IoT and engineering space.

Responsibilities

Take full ownership of our global marketing and communication strategy to strengthen our brand presence and product positioning within the industry.
Lead, mentor, and inspire an internationally distributed team of 11 professionals, including three direct reports, to achieve high-impact results.
Collaborate closely with our global Sales department to design and implement effective Account Based Marketing campaigns that generate quality leads and support our growth.

Requirements

At least 8 years of experience in B2B marketing within the technology sector, with a proven history of managing budgets and exceeding performance targets.
Deep expertise in digital marketing strategy, marketing analytics, and the ability to make data-driven decisions using modern tools.
A hands-on, driven personality with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment and excellent communication skills in English.
